Download proof (Screen)

Full page PDF with the entire email appearing on a single page. This option is ideal for viewing on screen. The PDF contains 3 versions – desktop view, mobile view and link view.

Download proof (Print)

Split page PDF where the email is split across multiple pages. This option is ideal for printing where the email remains at a size that is easy to view on a page. This proof also contains 3 versions – desktop view, mobile view and link view.

The ability to download a proof may not be available for all templates. Speak to your administrator if you think this feature would be helpful to you.
