Making a static PDF template orderable

To make a static PDF orderable, suppliers, supplier types, pricelists and budgets need to be set to allow ordering. If these are not set, please follow the links Adding suppliers, Creating supplier types, Create a pricelist and  Create a budget before moving to the instructions below.

Instructions

Select ‘Admin’ from the top menu

Select ‘Templates' from the dropdown

Select the template you want orderable

Select the ‘Edit Settings’ tab

Scroll down to the ‘Export Order settings’

Add a ‘Pricelist’ from its drop-down menu

Add a ‘Supplier type’ from its drop-down menu

To apply the settings click ‘Update PDF template’.

The PDF template is now Orderable during export.
