Download a proof

Dokio has the option for you to download a proof PDF when you are working with email communications. The PDF proof allows you to see what your email looks like from both a desktop and mobile view. Allowing you to check your work. This feature needs to be activated on your hub, speak to you administrators if you would like to access it. 

Instructions

Open Dokio and select  'Create' from the top menu

Select a template  from the Create menu

This will take you to your editing screen. Once you have created your email ready for proofing, in the top right-hand corner click the action menu (3 dots)

The action menu (3 dots) will only be present if the template has proofing enabled on drafts.

From the action menu (3 dots), select 'Download proof'

There are two options available to select from when creating a PDF proof within an email draft - Screen or Print. See article Proofing options for emails for more details

Dokio will then begin to download the PDF template to your local drive

Find the file on your local drive to open and review.
