Getting help

Clicking on the 'Need help?' button (to the right of the top menu on all screens) will open a Help and Support modal. From here, you can: 

• Visit the Dokio Help Centre for helpful documentation on getting started in Dokio, new feature updates and release notes as well as handy how-to guides, plus much more
• View instant answers to search through our documentation to find the solutions to common problems
• Contact support to be put in contact with the right person to resolve your query

When lodging a support request, please supply us with as much relevant information as possible to assist us with your issue. We always aim to respond to support requests as soon as possible.
