Make a suspended budget available

If you need to allow users to access a budget that has been suspended, take the following steps to make your budget available again.

Open Dokio and select 'Admin' from the top menu

Select 'Ordering' from the dropdown

Select 'Budgets' from the secondary menu,which will take you to the budget management screen

Hover your mouse over the name of the buget to reveal and click the action menu (3 dots) on the right of the budget you'd like to reactivate and select 'Edit'

Scroll down to the Budget Status section and select 'Available' from the drop-down menu

At the bottom of the page, select the 'Update budget' button to confirm your changes.

The suspended budget is now active.

Your budget must be in credit in order for you to re-activate it. Follow the steps to Make a budget transaction to add some more funds to your budget.
