Multiple users accessing the one account

In instances where two people need to access the one account on Dokio, we can set up separate logins that link them to the same account but using their own email address. 

Instructions

Open Dokio and select  'Admin' from the top menu

Select  'Users' from the dropdown list

In the Users page select  'Create new user +'

Set up the user as normal, with the exception of the 'Full Name' field, in here should put the account details plus the user's name. eg. Sydney (Karen) or Sydney (Melvin)

Select 'Create user'

On the user list, select the newly created user (use the search bar if necessary)and send the 'Welcome email' as normal.
