Signing into Dokio

Depending on your hub’s setup, you may have a couple of options to sign into Dokio. 

Some hubs may be set up to utilise Single Sign On (SSO) and others will require users to sign in via their email address and password. Some hubs will use both. Both methods will be detailed below…

What’s my hub address?

Check with your administrator for the URL to your Dokio hub.
It usually follows the form of https://your-company-name.dokio.co

SSO login method

If your hub is set up to use Single Sign On (SSO), you can sign in directly by clicking the Continue with Single Sign On button.

If your hub uses SSO, there is also an option available to allow users to sign in via their email address. Click the blue link at the bottom of the panel that says ‘Sign in with email’

Add your email address and password and click the Continue with email button.

Email login method

For clients who do not use SSO, you will be shown a screen similar to below. Enter your email address and password and click the Continue with email button.

If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link and you will be asked to enter your email address so Dokio can send you a password reset link to your email account.

Multiple Accounts (Legacy feature only)

If you have been set up with multiple accounts in Dokio tied to the same email address, you will be asked to select which account to sign in with. Select the relevant account to continue.
