Verify sender email address

If your email needs to be verified before sending emails from Dokio, follow the simple steps to verify your email. You will be prompted if your email is not yet verified.

Check that the 'Sender email address' is correct and then click 'Send verification email now'

You'll be prompted that the verification email has been sent. If you didn't receive the verification email, click 'Resend verification email now'

Check your email and click on the verification link

Once your email has been verified a blue tick will indicate that the email is ready for use. To proceed and select email addresses to use in your campaign click 'Select recipients >'.

On the Recipient's page, you can search, select and add email addresses to send.
