Supplier deactivation

Dokio allows old suppliers who are no longer in use to be deactivated from the system.

This feature prevents any deactivated suppliers from being selected when ordering whilst also enabling older orders to deactivated suppliers to accessed without issue.

Setting the status of a supplier is done easily through the Admin / Ordering / Suppliers section. A simple update from the action menu will allow you to Deactivate or Activate a supplier easily. You can also update the status within the supplier setting itself.

A deactivated supplier is still available in the system for admin users to run retrospective supplier reports, and they can be reactivated at any time easily if need be.

If a user has a supplier set on their user account that has become deactivated, it will still display the supplier name but will show (Inactive) at the end of the supplier name.
