The image I upload doesn't get saved in the right orientation after applying the cropping tool?

Make sure the saved image file in your computer is set in the right orientation. Some images from a mobile phone can be imported the wrong way around. A portrait image can be saved in landscape and vice versa.

For example, the cropping tool will preview a sideways portrait image the correct way up, but it will always save the file after applying the crop to its original orientation.

You will need an image software to correct the original picture’s orientation before uploading it to your draft.
