Approval workflows

Approval workflows will help you to set up the path from which your approvals will travel through to obtain sign off from each of the different Role types. Within this section, you can create new workflows or edit existing ones.

Within this space, Dokio can create a customisable process that the User will need to check off before they can proceed with using this file. For example, you might like to have a check-in place that the image being used is compliant with the company policies.
