Budget

A budget is an allocation of 'funds' assigned to users to allow for orders to be placed with suppliers. Although this 'fund' is not real money, it is an indication of what internal budgets your company allows your team to spend on printing. A budget within Dokio is used to monitor orders against that budget allocation and prevent ordering once the allocation has been exhausted.

Certain admin users who have permission to 'modify budgets' can transact 'funds' in and out of the budget as required to keep it up to date.

Every user that needs to order items from a supplier from Dokio will need to be assigned a budget.
