Why isn't the page/content loading correctly

When content isn’t appearing correctly, we recommend the following checks first of all: 

  • checking your network connection
    (sometimes shared wifi networks can become slow)
  • ensuring your internet browser is current and up-to-date
    (MS Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Dokio. We recommend using Chrome or Microsoft Edge for the best Dokio experience)
  • try clearing your browser’s cache

Sometimes, your administrator may have updated certain content causing your artwork to appear different. We recommend contacting your administrator to find out about changes to your organisation’s content.
