Below is a list of explanations for different types of error messages you may receive when using Dokio and some recommendations on how to resolve them.

403 error (forbidden)

This error relates to permissions, and it occurs when you are trying to access a page that you don’t have access to. It may be caused by switching between multiple accounts with different access permissions.

We recommend checking you don’t have multiple Dokio tabs open that may be logged into different accounts. Contact your administrator to check your permissions if this issue persists.

We recommend checking the url is correct. Contact Dokio support if the issue persists.

500 error (server error)

This error usually means that something has gone wrong somewhere along the way.

We recommend contacting Dokio support to report this error.

502 error (bad gateway)

This error usually relates to the system timing out. Generally it is when an action is taking too long to process. A common cause is usually when an image being uploaded to Dokio is unnecessarily large and often coupled with a poor network connection.

We recommend checking the image dimensions are not too large for your needs and ensuring your network speed is sufficient. Usually this issue is resolved by making these checks and waiting a few minutes and trying again.

If the issue persists, contact Dokio support for assistance.
