Why aren't I receiving an email I've sent using Dokio

If your email sent from Dokio hasn’t been received, and you've already checked your spam folder, we recommend asking your IT team to check if it’s being blocked or quarantined. Usually this issue is due to emails being quarantined by company email servers after they have been successfully sent from Dokio.

It's also possible that your email application is putting any emails from yourself to yourself into the "Sent" folder. Please reach out to us at Dokio support for further assistance.
