Quick access settings from Create screen

For users who have permission to manage templates and/or Presets, you will now be able to quickly access settings for those items from the Create screen.

If you can manage a template or preset, you will see an action menu appear when hovering over a tile on the Create screen. This will contain a link to take you to the settings page for that particular item.

Note: This does not replace the Admin / Templates section. Templates and presets can still be managed from there. This feature allows quick access to the relevant item without the need for jumping screens and searching for the item again.
