Artwork status

The current state of an artwork which tells you more about it or what action can be taken. For example:

When an artwork is in ‘draft’ status, it can also be considered ‘awaiting approval’, ‘expired’ or ‘deleted’.

When an artwork is ‘completed’ status, it can also be considered:

• (email) ‘download ready’, ‘ready to send’, ‘email sent’, ‘url ready’
• (image, video) ‘download ready’
• (pdf) ‘download ready’, ‘sent to supplier’
