Copy a new draft from your team's draft items
The steps below is how to create a new draft from your team's existing drafts, however, it will only be applicable if your user group is a shared group and draft sharing has been activated in your hub.
Instructions
- Select 'Drafts' from the main menu
- In your Drafts page go to and select 'Your team' from the 'Owner' section
- Use the search bar to look for a draft ID, the title of your colleague's draft or their name
- Once you have found their draft you can copy it by hovering your pointer over the draft tab to show the action menu (3 dots), clicking on it and selecting 'Copy to new draft'
You can also click the draft to see a preview of it and from the there you can click the action button at the top right corner of the page, next to the 'Need help?' button, to reveal and select 'Copy to new draft'
- Name your new draft and select 'Proceed'
Your have now successfully copied your team member's draft into your account ready for you to edit. If you need to share your draft with others, just let them know the draft ID or the name of your draft and they can copy it using the same steps above.
