Stats Tiles

The Home page features a Stats Tiles section, giving Admin users a quick snapshot of key metrics at a glance. Each user can personalise their tiles by choosing which stats to display and the time period to report on. Like other Home page sections, Stats Tiles can be repositioned or hidden to suit individual preferences, and tiles dynamically resize based on the number of stats selected — with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 displayed at a time.

Stat Tiles edit option

• Time period can be selected from the last 7, 30, 90, 180 or 365 days
• 3 - 5 tiles can be selected to display
• The following stat tiles can be selected
  • Artwork Completed - shows the number of drafts that have been completed into artworks during the time period selected
  • Artworks Ordered - shows the number of completed artworks ordered during the time period selected
  • Drafts Active - shows how many drafts are currently active and were created during the time period selected
  • Drafts Not Updated - shows the number of drafts that have not been edited during the time period selected
  • Email: Recipients Emailed - shows how many recipients were emailed during the time period selected
  • Email: Bounces - shows how many email addresses bounced from email sends during the time period selected
  • Templates Created: Active - shows how many templates were created during the time period selected
  • Presets Created: Active - shows how many presets were created during the time period selected
  • User Accounts Created: Active - shows how many user accounts were created during the time period selected and are currently active
  • User Accounts: Currently Signed-in - shows the number of users who are currently signed in, and have not signed out, regardless of the time period selected
  • User Accounts: Never Signed-in - shows the number of users who have never signed in, regardless of the time period selected
  • User Accounts: Number of Sign-ins - shows the total number of sign-ins during the time period selected
