Over take draft that's waiting for approval

Approvers can take over a draft that's waiting for their approval, so small fixes don't have to go back to the creator.

How it works

1. Open a draft that's waiting for your approval.
2. Select Take over draft.
3. Make your edits.
4. Export the artwork as usual.

The exported artwork is saved to the approvee's Completed items, so the person who made the draft still has it in their workspace.

Recorded in the approval history

Each takeover is recorded in the artwork's approval history, with who took over the draft and when. This gives you a clear record of who made the final changes.
