Billing code alert
For every budget that is added to Dokio, you need to have a Billing code. Previously the field could be left blank, and Dokio would assign a default code. We've made some changes so that the Admin User can set their own, making it more relevant to your business. If no code is entered, Dokio will alert the user that the billing code cannot be blank.
| Billing codes should ideally be short but clear to what they relate to - mainly if a hub uses multiple budgets. The billing code is appended to the front of all order codes that come out of that budget. |
