Email reporting now available in Dokio

We've always collected data on the outcomes of campaigns sent within Dokio but, until now, this information hasn't been accessible to our users. In the past, if you wanted access to that information, you needed to request a report from your Dokio Account Manager. 

Not anymore. You now have the ability to access campaign information directly through Dokio, to track the rates of delivered, open and clicked emails. You can also download the formatted report that contains more information, filtering the information as required.  

This data is live, so checking your campaign information directly after your campaign has been sent won't yield much information. We recommend waiting for a couple of days, by which time you will have rich data to explore.
