Background task manager

This is an automatic feature that allows some tasks to render in the background whilst you carry on with other tasks. Reports and videos artworks can sometimes take a little longer to export than other artworks in Dokio, so this feature makes it easy to track those tasks and check on their progress.

The Background Task Manager panel appears as a progress counter at the top of the page (next to your profile icon) as soon as you export a video artwork or generate a report. When you click on this, the task manager will activate and display all current background processes in progress as well as any recently completed tasks.

Where can I find my completed tasks?

Simply clicking on a completed task in the Background Task Manager will allow you to quickly and easily download that item.

For completed video artworks, you can also find these in ‘Completed Items’ in the top menu, as you would with any other completed artwork.

Completed items will be stored in the task manager until they are cleared by clicking the 'X'. When all items are cleared, the task manager will hide until a new background task is generated.
