Export checklist

Export checklists are forms that users are required to complete as part of the export process when completing a draft artwork. An export checklist can be customised to comprise of different fields and optionally assigned to one or more templates. These checklists are designed to collect further information from their user relating to the artwork.

Some examples of how a checklist may be used include:

  • Double-check/confirmation of details
  • Provide extra references (eg booking codes, publication details)
  • Confirm acknowledgement of usage requirements (eg specific copy for social media posting
  • Compliance check

Easy checking for associated templates

Within each Export checklist edit page, Dokio includes template references if the checklist has been applied to any templates. Clicking any of these references will take you to those template settings pages to change the settings if required.
