Assigning user groups to a User Agreement

User Agreements (formerly known as Terms and Conditions) can be assigned user groups, who will be required to agree to the agreement when they next signin to Dokio.

Follow the instructions below to set them.

This function can only be completed by Admin Users with Access Level privileges.

Instructions

  1. Select Admin from the top menu


  2. Select Users from the dropdown list


  3. Click on Agreements from the secondary menu


  4. From the list of User Agreements, click on the one you wish to update


  5. Click the Edit settings button


  6. You are now viewing the settings of the User Agreement. Here you can update the name if you wish, or the Assigned user groups.


  7. Tick the user groups you want to require acceptance from. Untick any user groups that may not require acceptance any more.

    Note: A user group can only be assigned one User Agreement. Any user groups already assigned a User Agreement will not be available to select from this list.


  8. Click Save settings button to finish.
