Why can't I place a print order?

If you’re unable to place a print order at export, there should be a message on the export item explaining why the option is not available. There may be a few reasons:

  1. A budget has not been assigned to your user account
  2. A supplier has not been assigned to your user account
  3. A pricelist has not been assigned to the template you are working from

Please check with your administrator to make sure your account is properly configured for ordering.
