Release Notes: October 2022

Added an optional checkbox in template settings (that will display if the Allow variations? option is checked) to turn on the Variation criteria and Criteria value fields when creating new variations. These are setting specific to some export options, so by default we recommend these are left off unless required.

Added support for nested folder levels to be created to store resources
Added a navigable page header in Resources to enable navigation between folders
Cleaned up the process of adding resources so the system remembers which folder you are in and adds to that folder by default
Updated the Variations quick switcher dropdown to automatically adjust width according to the width of the editor panel
Added support for Dokio system users (Hub Admin) to bulk add resources

Fixed an issue related to invalid template data causing some PDF template reports to hang and not complete generating

Fixed an issue where template and artwork reports were displaying the template category and subcategory for presets
Fixed an issue where some defaults set on conditional fields were note populating in previews

Fixed an issue affecting older templates using legacy resize in partials, where the partial images wouldn't load

Fixed an issue that caused partialised image assets to not re-render correctly when an asset was replaced
Fixed an issue affecting presets where an alert may pop up saying 'undefined has taken over this preset draft'

Fixed an issue that affected some users where some artwork previews would flicker depending on the screen size and artwork proportions

Made changes to the renderer to ensure the same asset can have multiple crops applied to it

For any templates and presets that appear on the Create screen that you have permission to manage, you will now see an action menu on the top-right corner of the tile. This contains a quick link to take you to the settings of that items to manage it.

Added support for image and video templates when tracking how copydeck are referenced
Added support for descriptions on Presets. These can be set on the settings page for each preset and become visible when previewing the preset.

Fixed an issue in rich text fields that caused the styling of heading levels to break if a list style had been applied and removed
Fixed an issue related to downloadable files hosted within an email artwork that caused each file to end up with the same download link after export
