Prefills

A type of repository similar to copydecks that can be used to store data (typically client/customer data - eg company names, logos, contact details etc) to bring into an artwork for the purposes of personalisation.

Whilst copydecks are typically managed by specific administrators responsible for template content, prefills may be managed by a different set of users (maybe account managers) who are responsible for keeping client/customer data up-to-date.

Although any user can select content from a prefill within a draft artwork, only specific users with permissions to modify prefills, can manage the content stored within a prefill.
