Campaign selection in preset settings

Campaigns can now be quickly selected and assigned to a preset in the preset settings.

If a preset has the "Use campaign scheduling" option selected, then the list of available campaigns will be displayed to choose relevant campaign/s from.

With this update, a preset can now be created and assigned to an existing campaign all within the preset settings page.

Campaigns can also have presets added to them via the campaign settings page, but this provides another option depending on your preferred workflow.
