Upload Custom Template and Preset Thumbnails

If you need to upload a custom thumbnail follow the instructions below

Uploading to a Template

1. Go to 'Admin' from the main menu
2. Select 'Templates' from the dropdown menu
3. On the Templates page, click the template you need to update
4. Click in the settings summary page click the 'Edit settings' button
5. In the template settings, upload your image in the 'Thumbnail image' field
6. Once you've uploaded your image, click 'Update (Email, PDF, General, or Video)' template to save your changes

Uploading to a Preset

1. Go to 'Admin' from the main menu
2. Select 'Templates' from the dropdown menu
3. On the Templates page, click 'Presets' from the submenu
4. In the Presets section, find and click the preset you need to edit
5. On the settings summary page, click the 'Edit settings' button
6. In the preset settings, upload your image in the 'Thumbnail image field
7. Once you've uploaded your image, click 'Update Preset' to save your changes
