Admin Section - Users

Users

Within the User section, you are able to manage your list of users and add new users to the hub. There are filters to help search Active vs Inactive users within your hub as well as via Access Level. Click on a user to be able to edit their details, change their access, send them a welcome email or see what they have been working on. 

Groups

The Group section allows you to arrange users into groups that mirror your business model and apply approvers to that group. These user groups can be applied to access specific templates or they can be applied to the selected user groups to access. 

Announcements

Announcements are a great way to communicate with your user groups. When you make an announcement, it appears on the Dokio dashboard of each user within your selected user group. It’s a fast, efficient way to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Access levels

Access levels allow you to create different groups of user and select what permissions they have within your hub. 

Agreements

User Agreements (formerly known as Terms and Conditions), is a feature which requires users to agree to a statement or set of terms before they can access any of the content within Dokio. User Agreements can be created and updated in here and have user groups assigned to them to control which users will be required to accept.
