Suspend a budget

If you need to stop Users accessing a budget on Dokio, take the following steps to suspend the budget.

Instructions

Open Dokio and select 'Admin' from the top menu

Select 'Ordering' from the dropdown list

Select 'Budgets' from the submenu, which will take you to the budget management screen

Select the budget that you want to edit by clicking on the action menu (3 dots on the right side) and selecting 'Edit'

Scroll down to the Budget Status section and select 'Suspend' from the drop-down box

At the bottom of the page, select 'Update budget' button to confirm your changes. Your budget suspension is now active.
