Signing into Dokio - Resetting password

Hey, it happens, we get it! If you have previously logged into Dokio and have simply forgotten your password, it can be easily reset. In this case, we recommend following the Forgot password steps on the login screen to reset your password.

If you have never logged into Dokio, you may have already been sent a Welcome email from your hub administrator that will guide you through setting up a password. Please check your email for a 'Welcome to Dokio' email. If you can't locate that, please contact your hub's administrator and let them know. They will be able to send you a Welcome email to get started in Dokio.
