Integration to Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Great news for all our clients who use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to handle all their outbound email sends - you can now seamlessly export from Dokio directly to your Salesforce Marketing Cloud account. It's as easy as hitting the export button!

Depending on whether your template has variations enabled or not, you may have several export layouts available to you…

  • Single email
    When there are no variations in use, this will output a single HTML file along with assets included inside an images folder.
  • Multiple emails with independent assets
    As per single email, but with output a different instance for each variation. Each variation's folder will contain their own assets folder.
  • Multiple emails with shared assets
    This will output a single folder containing an HTML file for each variation and a single images folder containing all assets.

This feature does require you to have an active Salesforce Marketing Cloud account. Given the specific nature of this integration, Dokio will need to enable this feature on your hub if required.

How to set up Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration

Firstly, speak to your Dokio Account Manager or Dokio Support if you wish to have this feature enabled on your hub.

Once enabled, follow these instructions to set up the integration on your hub.
