Updates

  • Client hubs can now be specified as SSO only. Any hub that has this as their authentication method will never display any Send Welcome email or Forgot password links. Manual sign is also not possible ob this setting for added security. (A client hub can be set to allow both SSO and manual sign in, but this is not recommended unless absolutely necessary)
  • We've updated how password reset links are handled so after they have expired and the link is clicked again, the user is aware the link is no longer valid and prompted to reset their password again.

New Features

Filter artwork reports by template or preset

When generating an artwork report, you now have a checkbox option to Filter by templates and presets to select specific templates or presets to run the report on. Previously, the report was run on all templates automatically. Leaving the checkbox unchecked will still allow you to do this, but checking it will allow you to select specific templates and presets.

Variable conditional fields (with a single condition/trigger)

To extend the available fieldset options when using Variations, we have added the ability to vary a conditional field that has a single conditional trigger. This means any field like a checkbox or a dropdown with one entry that triggers a condition can now be set to vary inside a draft.

  • Fixed an issue affecting how the Admin / Templates table was sorting when sorting by the Modified date

New Feature

Optional 'template defaults' display

With the recent release of Presets, there is less need for templates to have their own set of defaults. When creating a new draft, amongst the available preset options, you may also see one called 'Template defaults'. In template settings, we have added a control to set the Available options when creating new artworks. This can be set to either Presets and template defaults, or simply Presets only.

Updates

  • Select fields have been given a bit of an overhaul to make them a bit more user friendly:
    • If autocomplete is active on the field you can simply click the field and start typing to search for an entry
    • Clicking on a field with an active selection will automatically scroll to the selected option
    • Long entry titles will be truncated instead of wrapping to a new line. Hovering on an entry for a few seconds will show the full title in a tooltip
    • Entries can also be navigated with up and down keystrokes. Hitting enter will also select the highlighted entry
    • Fixed up how the control opens up

Bug Fix

  • Fixed an issue where Archive and Static PDF templates (which have no customisable options) displayed an option to create a Preset which would have resulted in an error.

For clients who use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage their outbound email sends, we have now added seamless integration to export your email artworks directly from Dokio into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Updated the look of of field validation throughout the editor for increased accessibility and stronger visual impact
  • Updated button styling throughout the system for increased accessibility and added hover state
  • New toggle group selectors to help make switching between modes clearer and easier to navigate for users.

  • For some tables in the Admin section, we have updated the name column to utilise more space where available to make content easier to navigate
