Optional template defaults

With the recent release of Presets, there is less need for templates to have their own set of defaults. They can all be managed now with Presets.

When creating a new draft, amongst the available preset options, you may see an option called 'Template defaults'. This is the original set of defaults created on the template. Some customers still use the standard template defaults and others are moving towards using Presets instead. For those who rely more on Presets, we wanted a way to help clean things up a bit and only show Presets as options.

So we made the display of template defaults optional.

In template settings, we have added a control to set the Available options when creating new artworks. This can be set to either Presets and template defaults, or simply Presets only.
