Suspended user
A status used to describe a user that has had their access to Dokio temporarily revoked.
A user's access to Dokio may be suspended at any time for various reasons - eg an issue with an account.
If a user has had their Dokio access suspended, they will not be able to signin and access Dokio or reset their password until their account has been reactivated.
How do I know if my account has been suspended?
If you are experiencing signin issues where your credentials are not working and you believe them to be correct, please contact your company's Dokio administrator, or Dokio Support. They will be able to check your account status to confirm.
How can my account be reactivated?
Only Dokio staff can reactivate a suspended account. Please contact your Dokio Account Manager or Dokio Support for more details.
