Resources Bulk Delete

Bulk delete in Resources allows users to delete multiple items at once rather than one at a time. This will be visible only to users who have permission to modify Resources — those without edit access won't see it. To use the functionality, a user ticks the checkbox next to any item they want to delete, or selects "Select All" to choose every item at once, which will activate the delete button; this works the same way in both list view and grid view. Importantly, users can still delete items one by one if they prefer — the kebab menu remains visible on the right side of each item in list view, and appears on hover over an item in grid view, so individual deletion is unaffected by this added functionality.
