Accessing email reporting

Want to know how your latest campaign went? Track the rates of delivered, open and clicked emails in your campaign.

Instructions

1. From Dashboard, select 'Completed', Dokio will now display all of the completed campaigns

   
   

2. Select your campaign by clicking on it

   Make sure you select a sent campaign, otherwise no data will be available.

   
   

3. In the 'Artwork details' panel, scroll down to 'Email dispatch', click on the row that details the emails sent and pending

   
   

4. This will take you to the 'Email dispatch' screen. There are topline stats on your campaign available here

   
   

5. Under 'Delivery report' click 'Generate report' and then 'Download delivery report - Regenerate' to receive the file.

   The data in this report is live. Meaning if you have just sent your campaign out - you are likely to have more data to report on after a few hours or days. After more readers have viewed your EDM.
