Approval workflow

A workflow process set up in the admin section of Dokio to specify the approval steps required when an artwork is submitted for approval review. This is sometimes referred to as an approval process.

Approval workflows can be set on specific templates and presets that require approval, and can be triggered when someone:

• updates a preset
• unlocks custom fields
• selects a specific export option
