Presets - Activating update approvals
Preset approvals are set by the main template that the preset is created from. Only users that can manage templates will be able to change this setting.
Once a template has this option set, all presets created from it will require approval before they can be updated to the next version.
This article assumes you have already created the Preset you want to activate update approvals on.
If you haven't created the Preset yet, you can learn how to create a new preset here.
Checking if update approvals are already on
You can check to see if a preset has update approvals on already, by viewing its settings under Admin / Templates / Presets. Navigate to the Approvals section and if it says 'No workflow' then there are no approval workflows set for preset updates.
